Abstract
The objectives of this study were development of the M.C.Q Bank for the health personnel training evaluation in f. 1. H training department.
5 courses were selected for study group among 21 course run by training department. The main emphases of the study were calculation of the Difficulty Index(D.I) and discrimination power of the 2260 M.C.Q from 5 courses to select the appropriate M.C.Q for the M.C.Q Banks development.
1) The courses, which the appropriate M.C.Q had been selected course were health education course among the 5 courses and among the health education course health education method contained most appropriate M.C.Q.
2) Among the 5 courses the T.B management worker training course was shown poor combination between education objective (S.B.0) with evaluation M.C.Q. It was urgent to improve that M.C.Q should develop according to education objectives.
3) The P.H.N course and multipurpose nurses training course, 654 appropriate M.C.Q were selected from 1126 existing M.C.Q for M.C.Q Bank and 22 S.B.O did not show the evaluation M.C.Q at all.
4) Among 485 existing evaluation question from hospital clinical nurses courses 221 appropriate M.C.Q were selected for M.C.Q Banks and only one S.B.O did not show the M.C.Q at all.
5) Among 365 existing evaluation question from health education courses 216 appropriate M.C.Q were selected and the all evaluation question cover the whole S.B.O in the courses.
6) Among 284 existing evaluation question from tuberculosis management worker¢¥s course 147 appropriate question were selected and the 22 S.B.O did not show the any evaluation M.C.Q at all.
7) After analyzing of the P.H.N course and multi-purpose nurse courses M.C.Q and S.B.O these two course¡¤should be integrated into together and after integration of the two course N.I.H should be created special loop insertion training course near future.
For the final conclusion from the study shows that N.I.H training department should be develop the M.C.Q Bank for the evaluation of the training to improvement effectiveness and efficiency of the training and training programes.
